Greetings,
has anyone tried growing Trichocaulon cactiforme? It goes by actually quite a few other names too. It's indigenous to South Africa and is a part of the milkweed family. It's really quite a rare and exotic plant. It looks a lot like the Pseudolithos genus but grows I believe grows a bit larger. It literally looks like a green lumpy misshapen corn cob. I've got the seeds coming in the mail from France in few weeks. I can't wait to see them grow.

Tue, July 15, 2008 - 1:33 PMI haven't, but I really like the flowers! They look a lot like stapeliads. Kudos for trying to grow one from seed! -
