Anybody know a good online source for rooting hormone powder? Also, I'm growing some cacti (mixed breeds) from seeds and have cute happy babies. What's the best way to transition them as they get bigger?

Wed, August 22, 2007 - 7:35 PMhi wait till the plants are about 1/4 of an inch. Prick em out plant them in dry media and wait 3 days. (they might become a bit wrinkly) let the pot sit in a warm room...not too hot at the moment. sit them in water on the 3rd day and allow the soil to become thoroughly moist. now move into a warm area with good light...and water when the pot becomes dry again.
